Job Description

  • Designation: Inside Sales Executive- Business Development
  • Location: Hyderabad- Kokapet or Uppal both are office locations just for reference.
  • Shift Timings: Flexible/Depending on global clients exposure. Day Shift
  • Role: Individual Contributor
  • Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in software industry (preferably client/ business facing) Tools Exposure: HubSpot, Salesforce preferable.

  • Position Details:

  • You will join us as Business development for one of the US/ Europe/ Australia/ EMEA Markets - This is initially an inside-sales role while you are expected to train fast to evolve into a front-end sales role.
  • You will be directly responsible for driving the lead pipeline for our services and coordinate closely with your team and responsible sales leaders from prospecting to closure of accounts.
  • You will be expected to target a diverse set of enterprise clients in your territory or focus on specific industry domains/ business verticals assigned to you.
  • Typical clients include large firms and ISVs in Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, Ecommerce, Manufacturing etc
  • You will be responsible for generating leads in your allocated region & salesperson. Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of ACS Solutions existing capabilities, use-cases & solutions catered in the past. Also, get a clear understanding on Customer categories and competitors to the projects.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound communication campaigns and regular reach outs. Use CRM and social media and reach out to the relevant contacts in the accounts assigned to you by sending cold but highly personalized mails .
  • Reach out to inbound & outbound leads in timely fashion and pitch for a detailed technical conversation. Customize the sales pitch according to the prospects and the situation.
  • Responsible for closures for the leads and accounts assigned to you. Prepare well for the demos. Take feedback from the peers.
  • Ensure that all the activities are updated in CRM .
