Part II Role Responsibilities

Role Objective

This role is primarily responsible ____

Principal Accountabilities

  • Managing Government reporting including EEO-1 reports, VETS 4212 reports, Affirmative Action Plans

  • Co-ordinating for the anti-harassment training supervisor training and general employee training in states where required. Partnering with training service provider to automate the anti-harassment training and ensure compliance across the business

  • Managing and coordinating communication efforts and required follow-up to ensure compliance

  • Ensure regular updation of employee handbook and CA supplements. Ensuring all handbooks current and ensure the latest versions are always available on the company intranet

  • Co-ordinate in distribution of handbook and supplements to employees, as needed, and capture signed acknowledgments for employee files

  • Co-ordinate for ACA compliance requirement, data reconciliation of hours worked by month for billable employees. Ensuring data accuracy for W2 Billable employees that needs to be imported to Benefit Portal for ACA compliance

  • Ensuring employee cascade of new legal requirements. Ensure Ops teams are aware of changes as well and any communication with the consultants
  • Co-ordinating with GovDocs to ensure the Legal Notices page stays up-to-date and that all of the US locations covered

Primary Skills

  • Excellent understanding of Federal /State compliance regulations New York, California, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Texas, Minnesota, Missouri (Must)
  • Proficient in HRMS system SAP Success factor or Oracle HCM Fusion
  • Must have clear understanding of compliance requirements and federal and state regulations pertaining to programs including ACA, FLSA, CFRA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, OSH, Workers Compensation, Medicare and Social Security
  • Excellent understanding of US employment types and compliance requirements


  • SAP Success factor or Oracle HCM Fusion

Knowledge and Competence

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills
